“I’m so fed up with Jomashop after dealing with them I didn’t get my refund after returning the idem customer service constantly lying to me about the refund. I’ve spoke to Shurk,Kamela,Faith. It’s over a month and I’m -$270. Such a bad experience I contacted BBB. Best advice stay away it’s not worth your time and money.”

“I paid for the 2 day shipping and was charged extra for it but then the item goes on back order and then when they backwater came in it still took longer than the 2 days so I do not know why I always charged for express shipping”

“Do not buy anything from Jomashop! They would not take a legitimate return back. They say it is scratched (it was not) if there are any scratches they were not put there by me. I do not believe that this is a legitimate business, but a scam. I am going to get in touch with Tag Heuer and inform them of the practices of this company and the effects of them selling their watches. Once again- Beware if you buy anything from here. Do not have a link removed (that is how they deny the return). Taking up with Tag and my bank. When i received the watch it was rolling around in the box. It had either been loosely fit or was severely mishandled in shipping.”

“I bought a beautiful zenith time piece, and I had 2 manufacturing issue with this watch. They told me to contact LVMH! I had to send my watch.... and now the warranty is done! I send an email to jomashop and waiting for the answer! After everything I read online about them, I hope they are going to find a solution”
