I ordered two Raymond Weil watches from them on November 29th, 2024. I still have not received them. I contacted Jomashop many times with no direct indication of when I will receive my paid for watches. Their customer support horrible, not very effective, or caring of one’s situation. I want to cancel but was advised I can do so after I receive the shipment - that does not make sense at all. They are not able to provide me with a delivery date because they are out of stock - it was in stock when I made the purchase. They keep sending emails saying it ordered and I will get it in 3-5 days - nothing yet. I am very frustrated with Jomashop and its customer service. I will never purchase from them again. I just want everyone on this site to know about my bad experience with them. I have asked to escalate the situation but no response from them.

Ordered 2 watches from Jomashop and only received one. The one I received took 7 days to receive although their ETA stated 3 business days based on my location. The other watch that I haven't received is in status of "pending acceptance" with USPS at the same location of origination. I don't understand how I received one watch that was ordered a day after the watch I haven't received. Long story short shop elsewhere from a more reputable vendor. I have disputed the charges BUT since they only insured the package for $100 and they "claim" it was shipped I'm probably out $500. ( The watch was $600). Just shop elsewhere that has better shipping AND communication . Once they have your money they could care less where your package is

I received a nonfunctional watch. After numerous emails back and forth, they finally approved the return for a refund. The return was delivered to Jomashop almost a month ago, but I still didn’t receive my refund. I tried emailing them to get a status update but every time I get the same response: “when the appropriate department will receive it, they will update it”. I gave up. It’s hopeless. Jomashop never again!!!

I had a horrible experience with them. I bought a cologne from them, and they canceled my order without noticing me. After a month passed, I still didn't get my money back. Never buying them anything for them and I will recommend same for you

Horrible customer support! i cancelled one of my orders almost a month ago and didn’t get my money back and still support answered my email only once and didn’t help at all!

The merchandise you have for purchase is great. I am only giving one star because you send incessant emails and your unsubscribe link just spins. Don’t worry I know how to get in touch if I want to purchase something else. Please unsubscribe me.

Items ordered say 1-3 business days for delivery. I spent 50 minutes waiting to get hold of a rude customer service agent to be told first that the delay is that my order is international- from NY - California is not international I explained to her. She then tells me it does not say delivery to me in 1-3 business days it is delivered to them in 1-3 business days. It is now over a week and I have received nothing!!!

I have purchased several things from Jomashop and the products are ok. However, my last experience was very bad, I purchased a couple of perfumes, and my order was duplicated. I was able to cancel one of the orders but I never got my reimbursement, Jomashop claimed that the bank was rejecting the operation; they gave me a credit that I was not able to see in my account but I was able to use it by calling on the phone. When they placed my order using my credit I couldn't see it in my account so I had to call again, finally, my product was lost and I never received it. I reported the lost and received an answer telling me to look around my neighborhood. I tried to contact Jomashop half a dozen times and they got mute. No answers, no replies, they are basically ignoring me.

We ordered a watch from Jomashop. The watch arrived defective. We returned it promptly with a description of what was wrong with the watch. A month went by and we didn't hear from the company. When we contacted them they would not take care of the issue in the way that we felt would be proper given the situation that we received a defective product from them. This company has terrible customer service and the don't stand by the products they sell. That was our experience.

I bought the watch to put up for a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter.. Which is a adult .... When I received the watch , the band was more like a Child’s size...The face of the Watch is way to big for the small band...I’m not sure what I will do with the watch...But I did have to buy another one for her gift...

I am outraged! I was so excited to receive this perfume. When I got the package, I noticed that the box didn’t have a protective seal (mica)! I was surprised because that meant someone had already opened my perfume. But when I opened the box, I was completely shocked – inside, there was a broken bottle and a pile of tiny shards of glass. There were no wet marks or signs that the perfume had spilled inside. It’s obvious that someone opened the box, put the broken bottle in, and sent it to me. The fact that it arrived in this condition is proven by the dry box (with no stains) and the heavily scratched pieces of the bottle. The store refused to provide compensation or send a replacement. Before buying from this store, be aware that you might receive a previously opened perfume, or worse – just broken glass instead of the perfume!

Customer service was unbelievably rude. They offered a repair and then before I could answer they claimed I “insisted” on a refund and charged a 25% restocking fee. I did not insist I was asking for clarification and I am aghast. I can’t believe businesses like this actually exist. Wow.

I've always had a great experience purchasing watches through Jomashop. The watches are always as advertised. Unfortunately my most recent purchase wasn't to the standards that I have been accustomed to. I received the watch in the same timely manner, unfortunately the packaging on the inside was atrocious. The watch was just in the watch box, no protective stickers on the dial or case back. No pillow to keep the watch from rattling around during shipping. It looked like someone took the watch off of their wrist, tossed it into a box and shipped it out. I understand wasn't purchasing an AP or a Rolex, but I would still appreciate a properly packaged product. If this were my first purchase experience with Jomashop it would probably would have been my last. I'm hoping it was an isolated incident as Jomashop has consistently had some of the best prices on watches.

It is so bad operation. I bought a watch on Jomashop 21th november. They should deliver in 3 business day but they didnt. I was victimized. Immediately it will be deliver. I have a flight on sunday. I have to take this gift.

I bought a watch for $5500, the description said it was a perfect product, when I received it it was a poor quality product, I contacted them and they didn't reply, I had to pay $500 to repair it

I ordered a bottle of Burberry Goddess and it's been almost a month and I still have not received it. Jomashop I wish you would communicate better with your customers because this is unprofessional. If you had told me that it would take a month before getting my order then I wouldn't have placed an order.
