I visited your store at the Sephora al otaim rabwa mall today at 9:30 AM, your official opening time, but to my surprise, the store was closed. An employee informed me that the store would only open an hour and half later due to inventory being conducted.
I must admit, this was quite disappointing; especially considering I came from far specially for this shop, expecting the store to be open as advertised. Inventory procedures, as a general standard, are typically carried out outside of opening hours to avoid inconvenience to customers.
I truly value your brand and hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences.
