Haverhill Lidl in Suffolk, What a pleasure to shop here! Clean, always full and staff are happy (which goes a long way if the customer like me see the staff happy in their job) got my weekly shop this morning and it makes my day. Two years ago this place was awful! Whoever has turned it around congratulations!! Would not shop anywhere else in town now! Well done Haverhill lidl (nice to see some good here)!!

Out of all the Lidl stores in my local area, Halesowen stands out as the best. Why? The staff work hard to ensure the bakery is stocked ready for opening time. The appearance of the shelves and aisles is neat. The variety of produce and non food offers is good - e.g. I rarely find Comice pears yet they have them. The staff are helpful and friendly. They even checked the storeroom for some crisps not yet on the shelf, that I was looking for, with success. Of course, there are occasions when they are short-staffed or the stock isn't out yet but they work hard and try their best to get it right. It doesn't give frustrated customers the permission to be rude to staff which I have witnessed at times.

I shopped in your Tovil store yesterday and I have to say the blue baskets you to put your shopping in as you go around were discussing. They were all dirty really dirty

We tried really simply to find out the country of origin of food we purchased. The Lidlcustomer service processes are an impenetrable nightmare.

I purchased 2 tins of your new Deluxe French Onion & Red Wine Soup, from your Loudwater store, High Wycombe. It was the worse soup I’ve ever tasted, so sweet & the texture in my mouth was very glutinous, quite disgusting. I’ll be taking the one remaining tin back to the store for a refund.

got kicked out of the store for having my support dog with me. there is a sign saying assistance dogs are allowed, but a security guard made me leave with mine. i know that in will not be able to go into a shop independently again after this embarrassing, scary and demoralising experience. more needs to be done to enable people with hidden disabilities access spaces.

Lidl only wants customers to use self serve tills. After 2 years of using the Folkestone branch, I will never use Lidl again.

Generally happy with Lidl shopping, but the Lidl plus promotion that purports to cover the whole UK, just frankly doesn't. For example, the current promotion of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine reduced this week to £5.99 is charged at £6.99. It must be added that I live in Scotland and am very much aware of the increase in minimum unit pricing coming in on 01/10, but until then would expect prices to be as advertised. So as not to mislead the consumer, perhaps Lidl should produce regional publicity of it's offers

Lidl Plus - THE BIGGEST SCAM. I've had it three times now that Lidl overpromised and overcharged me when I changed my purchasing behaviour due to Lidl Plus, just to find out at/after the checkout that coupons couldn't be applied due to "technical errors". They've overcharged me over £30 now. I've contacted customer support about it and after wasting my time with some nonsense back-and-forth emailing they essentially said it is my problem. Such a scam and I'm surprised no one has taken legal action against them yet.

I shop at lidl in Prestonpans, East Lothian a few times a week and the customer service is excellent. You never have to queue for long. I would like to say a big thank you to two kind people on the Lidl team. They go way beyond the call of duty and are so pleasant and helpful. It makes my shopping trio to Lidl a pleasure. Thank you so much Catherine and Ryan and to everyone else at Lidl Prestonpans.

I slipped over in one of the Lidl stores in October last year. I contacted the helpful customer service. Having contacted the claims department, I got an email saying it might take up to 90 days to investigate and since that email, I heard nothing. I have been onto the head office, ir so I was told, who have been sympathetic and helpful. I then received an email from the claims dept saying they didn't think there was a case to answer but offered me £100 voucher! I've accepted that but a month later and another phone call to head office, I have yet to receive the voucher. Lidl claims can only be contacted by email! I feel I have just been ignored. I had a very badly bruised leg, which even now, the bruises can still be seen. I would have given no stars but that option is not available.

I'm a big fan of middle isle tools as a mechanic the tools are ideal for occasional use maybe couple of times a week and three year guarantee can't be beaten but I bought the impact gun thinking I could work with it ! I mostly use air tools but I thought maybe I could use impact gun outside of shed for simple jobs maybe set of brake pads if something blocking the lift. I don't know how many wheels lidl tried to remove with impact gun but it wasn't run of the mill everyday cars. No doubt you'll say to break studs with wheel brace first but that defeats the purpose!! Once you have studs slackened sure a monkey could take them of then !!!
