I am just crazy for your snacks, cheese looking wotsits, bacon streaks, onion rings and your keylimepie 🤤🤤 just amazing nom nom, and also cheap in price and affordable, thank you Lidl, you charge 59p for these big bag of crisp snacks, other supermarkets charge 95p, thanks Lidl for saving me money.

Though I generally don't have a problem with Lidl it just annoys me that everytime I try to use their app at the cash out it asks me to login. This is annoying when there is a queue but now it is saying that I am entering the wrong password. For quiet some time now I just don't even try to use it at all as it is completely useless.

Seriously did Miss Trunchball / Wonky Eyes ( Miss. B. Grundy) eat all the mince pies and sausage rolls...jeez the state of it 🤢🤢

For Christmas I bought a frozen prepared goose parcel with stuffing of orange and berrries. I followed the cooking instructions but it was tough! I also bought a quiche of chorizo and red pepper and that tasted vile. I thought that both looked good on the packs and sounded tasty but the reality wasn’t. I won’t buy from Lidl again.

Just amazing products and a nice selection of products, I adore your cheese section and ready made salad section, just every section has amazing affordable products. Thank you Lidl in this day and age whether people are working or not, thank you for making your products affordable and have customers leave your stores with some money/change in their pockets ( not like some other competitors who are increasing their prices by 30% and more, totally unaffordable for some customers in these challenging times) Thank you Lidl 👏

Like most customers are complimenting you on Lidl, excellent bargains, excellent products, I just couldn't stop picking up stuff. Not even Miss Trunchball ( Beth Grundy) the manager could upset the customers today but hopefully she will be gone after Christmas ( 🤞) please keep up the good work and thank you to the staff who fill the shelves and help us customers at the self checkout ☃️🎄

I absolutely love Lidl, the staff, products are absolutely amazing, your management are a bit hit and miss but some are pleasant, please in the New Year get rid of this manager " Beth Grundy" don't know why she is still there ( maybe because it's Christmas, you need everybodies help) every time customers see this manager she has no respect for staff or customers and always chomping on some sort of toffee ( always has a full mouth of something) 4 stars is for your excellent staff and amazing products, -1 Star is for the manager Beth Grundy still being there.

Got a voucher so tried here for a change. Had a few good deals but not a comfortable shopping experience. (I'm used to their rival I'm afraid!) Also had to download their app to receive an insurance bonus on lidl plus....what a faff that was!! and I'm still waiting for it to load onto the card. \oh yes ..guess who forgot to take the phone when I went shopping so didn't get any points anyway!!!!!!!!!!!

I was unfortunate enough to purchase a PFBS 12 B3 Multitool in Jan 2020 from Lidl's. A previous tool had been okay (and is actually still going) but although it has been rarely and lightly used this tool suffered a catastrophic failure of the tension cap recently causing the cap, collet and tool to fly across the workshop and cause damage. The failure of the cap also damaged the shaft that it screws onto. Both Kompernaß and Lidl have been utterly useless and Kompernaß seem to pretty much include any and every moving part as a "wear item" not covered by the warranty and clearly would rather be rude than deal with their warranty obligations - it was made very clear to me that unless something goes wrong in the first 6 months after purchase they are going to do nothing to help you. Lidl do nothing to help you and quite frankly the whole 3 year warranty is a complete con. The last Kompernaß representative was without a doubt the rudest person from a retailer I have ever dealt with! The really stupid thing is that Kompernaß and Lidl have now cost themselves way more than the replacement cost of the £16.99 multitool in man-hours spent avoiding their warranty obligations. On top of that my family will no longer be shopping with them losing them a minimum of £50 - £100 per week and I will never buy another tool supplied by Kompernaß. My loss stopped at £16.99 the minute I chucked the crappy tool in bin - Lidl and Kompernaß are losing every week I don't shop with them anymore .... I've shopped with Lidl for over 20 years but they will not see another penny from me!

Went to their store on Gypsy lane in Leicester. After having finished our shopping my wife requested the lady at the self service if she could kindly let her use the toilet to which she very happily refused and seemed to be enjoying the very moment. Could not believe it. Had to go to Ladbrokes next door. Seemed like they are not bothered about customers. Will have to think if it is worth going there again. They also had a lot of empty shelves. Better off going to Tesco.

I'm not going to critique the staff, or the shop in general. If you shop in Lidl then you would know roughly know what to expect. I wanted to let you know, DO BOT BUY THE DELUX LASAGNA --- ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! GRIZZLY BITS THAT LOOK LIKE SLUGS. However, if you have company coming, and you don't like them very much. I would highly recommend it, and cook yourself a different version. Lol 👍

Had a lovely shopping experience, bought more than I should 🙈 your staff were on right form today, I love when your staff are happy and they work hard and have a banter with the customers and each other and management, I did over hear it was because a certain ogre of a manager is not around, I think it's the manager from below 😂 but Lidl keep up the good work and keep your staff happy and if it means getting rid of the manager upsetting the staff and customers then so be it, see you next week Lidls and your happy staff.
