I really love shopping in your stores Lidl but when I see that old looking manager with the wonky eyes and tree trunk hooves Beth Grundy, I have to exit your store and shop next door at Aldi, I'm very sorry for this but she is absolutely rude and racist.

I decided to try Lidl for the first time. I brought mixed red and green seedless grapes with good dates on. I opened them within the hour and my granddaughter and I ate some red and some green. They were over ripe and mushy and you just had to spit them out, didn’t taste like grapes at all. There is no comparison with other supermarket grapes which are fresher, bigger and plumper. Poor show Lidl. I wonder where on earth you get them from and how you store them. I was warned by my daughter that Lidl’s fruit and veg lasts only a day but I thought I would try for myself. She was right. Back to Tesco for me.

Tottenham Hell? ( Hale ) London store Tottenham Hale London store, I went today to buy some water ( 8 cases of the small water 12 bottles per case) and when I went to pay for it Claudia the cashier said I’m only allowed 1 case and then she said anyway You already been in the store and Bought enough water and another cashier named keresha on another till said I served you before, I said you must be mistaken by some one else and this is my first visit to the store today, keresha said no you have been in today, I said if you don’t believe me go and check your cameras , and I said to her you can’t just go and accuse people of lying when you don’t have proof , god help everyone if keresha goes about her job by accusing people and rudeness to customers. The funny thing while I was arguing my case one customer bought 12 cases of water and walked out , when I questioned Kevin the floor manager simply he said I don’t care, I said one customer allowed to buy 12 cases and others only one case , Kevin repeatedly said again I don’t care . Lidl you stated before I write my review to be honest and not to use any abusing language, I wish you implement those rules to your staff .

We’ve just had the Beef and Pancetta Roloto for tea and didn’t enjoy it at all. It was completely tasteless and there was no hint of red wine or thyme sauce. We didn’t eat it all as it was so bland. We’ve only just started shopping at Lidl but now debating if it’s worth going again. So disappointed.

I was in bundoran lidl today, was disappointed at the counter as I pursursed 2 croquettes as it said 60 cent each or 4 for €2.40. I was told I had to buy the 4 and wouldn't let me buy the 2 as my son only wanted 2.the shop assistant said rudely that she would have to throw them out.people are starving, what kind of service is that.there should be only 1 price at € 240 for 4 instead of misleading the people that you can buy them for 60 cent each. Not very happy and my son was more disappointed, was it not better getting €1.20 than throwing them out.

I have purchased the Lidl stain remover spray and it is the best I have ever used.. it is amazing. My three daughters now use it and feel the same.. However, we have been unable to purchase it for the past few months. We have tried Lidl stores in Derry, belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh .. please.. please. Bring it back

The branch in Tottenham Court Rd. was shameful: on every category, the low cost items for which one comes to the store was not stocked, so there was no point coming into the store at all.

Like the customer below i noticed that a member of management looks their nose down on people and staff because from what ise customers overheard her saying to a colleague " She doesn't have to work because her so called manfriend ( if that's what you call it these days) is apparently loaded and pays for everything and blah blah blah". Well Miss I don't have to work leave Lidl you really lower the tone with your wonky eyes and wrinkly skin and fake eyebrows and eyelashes, then LEAVE and by the way Lidl us customers got her name as Beth Grundy and you need to get rid of her.

I give a one star because of the racism of a young tall lady with black hair who works in the Lidl in Huddersfield HD1 3HJ. This young lady with black hair treats customers with different skin colours differently. I noticed this everytime I queen and checked out with other customers. She only says "Thank you" or "Hi" to customers who may be local, or with white skin, but once it's the turn for an Asian customer to check out, she never says these polite words to these customers with yellow skin. On the contrary, another lady who seems elder with golden hair are very nice, and treat every customer very politely. It's such a shame that the employee has so dramatic racism in this big supermarket. This may have a very bad influence of the Lidl on the reputation, as Asian customers may be a large group of potential customers in Huddersfield. Hope the manager in the Lidl seriously look at this racism problem of this lady with black hair.

I purchase chicken thighs from Lidl to cook for my dog on a regular basis. Today for the 2nd time in recent weeks, the chicken thighs have gone rotten, dated 13th April as use by date. Its only the 11th April today. This is not acceptable when people will be buying these and following the use by date as a guideline for consumption. Beware before buying these!!

Called in at sears retail park Solihull store. Waste of time . Shelves still mainly empty of food items. Went on to Aldi and got what I needed. Not good enough to retain customer loyalty.

Despite the knocks it's still the go to Supermarket for the best value. Just a pity there isn't more of a wider choice of staple foods and less of the unusal, luxury food brands nobody wants, needs, or can afford. Would be nice too to get rid of all the cheap, random non-food novelty rubbish that fill the aisles and makes the store look like a charity shop! Lidl need to sort their irratic supply chain out too. So many items are frequently out of stock. Perishable foodstuffs (especially fruit and veg) too are often out of date, are of poor quality, and should be removed. Staff look overworked and morale low. The Lidl principle is sound, they just need to pay more attention to detail as there is definitely room for improvement.

Miss Trunchball, Wonky Eyes (Beth Grundy) running 😂😂 seriously Lidl she really lowers the tone of your stores. I will be shopping elsewhere. Why do I want to sing " Who let the dogs out" 🐩🐕 when i see her 😂

Nice stores with plenty of good value items. We particularly lie the "deluxe" range and buy these quite often.

Not a single staff member on the aisles. I wanted to check the price of an item which showed no price but left without buying it since no one could help me.

Why do I get emails telling me of offers, when I am in the shop you are unable to get a signal. Surely Nectar and other loyalty cards have a higher success rate. The most frustrating thing is to stand in a queue waiting to be served whilst the customer being served attempts to get a signal. Try to improve something, ignoring it doesn't mean it's gone away.

Bought Chinese chicken stir fry and fresh chicken breast from Lidl in Whitchurch Cardiff today and to my horror both contained very small chicken bones which was only noticed when my son was eating the stir fry which luckily meant we could check my oldest son's meal who is severely disabled to make sure no bones were present ,then when preparing the fresh chicken breast discovered these also contained a number of small bones nothing on packaging informs that bones may be present in these products and therefore could have had serious consequences very disappointed and shocked by our experience
