I purchased 2 tins of your new Deluxe French Onion & Red Wine Soup, from your Loudwater store, High Wycombe.
It was the worse soup I’ve ever tasted, so sweet & the texture in my mouth was very glutinous, quite disgusting.
I’ll be taking the one remaining tin back to the store for a refund.

LIDL agreed that they were larger than the Duracell and other batteries I brought in to demonstrate and agreed that they did not fit into the battery compartment I also brought in to demonstrate, but they were not interested in refunding me, 'Because it was more than 28 days since the sale - and that is the law,' or words to that effect.

Bought the most sour disgusting oranges from Lidl today! These could pass as lemons! Lidl doesn’t care and sells this rubbish ! Why ? I believe because nobody wants to go through there returns procedures. Queue at the checkout then interrupt the checkout. And wait for a supervisor to approve the refund, with everyone watching and waiting! A deliberate ploy by Lidl so they hardly get returned fruit or veg. Shameful management tricks ?

I purchased two items with a label on stating 30% off at the Fazakerley store in Liverpool and yet again I have been charged full price what a rip off, I called customer services at 11:30 today 30minutes after my visit to the shop only to be told you have take a picture of the said items, then drive back to the store to get a refund. WHAT A POOR WAY to deal with a complaint. No more visits to Lidl we have Aldi just around the corner.

Their website advertised Ben Bracken whisky for £16.49. It was priced at £17.49 in store when I bought it (though it has since been reduced by £1.) When I complained to Customer Service , they were not very interested and offered NO refund. Absolutely appalling "customer service".

this has happened at this store before and they don seem to take the inconvenience of having to return to the store for a refund seriously enough, and put it down as a little mistake, but because they're not taking the care at the till to scan the correct bar code, id say its more like reckless carelessness, cheating and misleading customers, and against trading Standards legislation.
