“Customer service is dire.REALLY DIRE. It is a lie that you can cancel before it is dispatched. I ordered on Sunday 17th pm. I cancelled before 10.30 using their website link on Monday 18th. I heard nothing.On the 27th I emailed again. I have recieved goods I no longer need at 6pm 29th July. I had no response to either email. It is dated 20th July, clearly according to their terms I had the right to cancel. I have not used them for a couple of years due to customer service issues. Stupidly I used them again, had a late but ok order then this. Dont do it !!!!!!!!!!!It is not worth it. It is insanely difficult to contact them and the delivery is as and when they fancy. I COULD NOT CANCEL, despite reading, agreeing to and following their policices. I will try and complain but really not expecting to get anywhere as they clearly dont give a xxxxx”

“This seller neglects their promise regarding the delivery date - the ordered items arrive at least with one week delay. Customer service is zero and disregard the emails. The refunds are not processed and it takes about one month to get the refund for undelivered or canceled products. It feels like the employees are not being treated well by the management and the employees take their revenge on customers. Avoid this seller if you want peace of mind.”

“Extremely slow. No response to messages. Item ordered 11th June, arrived today 25th. Ordered 11th Packed 14th, not despatched Despatched 20th for some reason Arrived 25th No tracking number, just that its coming by Yodel. Taken 2 weeks to get duck food Awful customer service”

“Still no delivery after 8 days. Ordered food which I hope isn't out of date now reading the reviews. Emailed and no response... just notice they then marked as dispatched ont he 20th of June finally but no email with tracking number.”

“Ordered with these quite alot and was happy with the service and delivery. Recently though, they are rubbish. They got my order wrong at first. So I emailed them - 2 days for a reply to ask for proof (photo). I urgently needed the other item they didn't send so re-ordered and it took 10 days to arrive!!!! Will not be ordering from here again will go elsewhere. Think management have changed as it has gone really downhill”

“Not happy to accept out of date Vitamin and Mineral Supplement. Delivery was very slow, I think a snail could have delivered quicker. Very poor service. Avoid at all cost, infact littlepeckers.co.uk needs shutting down.”

“Terrible, terrible company. In fact, I can't even be sure they are still operating as a company. Zero communications, telephone number removed from website 'staff working remotely' (well after ALL restrictions had been removed), non arriving orders, poor dated website...I wish I had read the reviews first!”

“Wish I had read the reviews also before ordering. Purchased something on 25th November 2021 and it still hasn’t arrived. No response other than they are looking into it and no response from Hermes either. Now demanding a refund ! Rubbish company, would never use again”

“Ordered from them some swan food , they don't reply to emails , I had to Google company information to get to talk to someone that told me that there is only two people in the office and there is somewhere in the website that says s that deliveries take a week at least , she couldn't tell me when my order will arrive , wish I had read all the bad reviews here and on trust pilot”

“Terrible customer service. I had a problem with missing items. They do not answer emails, nor answer the phone. Just cannot get anywhere towards getting a refund. Also, never send delivery info to know when an order is coming. Avoid, they act like a bunch of crooks.”

“We have previously given Little Peckers a good review. What has happened to you?? Orders taking forever, says on your website 3-5 working days. Order made on 17/10/21, eleven days later nothing, other than order history saying it has been dispatched. Very difficult to contact you, no phone number available”

“Little peckers - late on delivery & no information regarding this & still waiting. Such a shame, you were our 'go-to' provider. don't know what's happened but you've let your socks down people. Get a grip before you loose loyal customers. Just let people know and they will be understanding!”

“Don't know what's happening lately. Im a Long term customer but of late orders taking at least 2 weeks , no updates, wrong items sent , no reply to emails. Such a shame as good range of products and price but now too unreliable.”
