Absolutely rubbish customer service . They don't give you a phone number and they don't reply to any emails. They have sent a parcel to the wrong address and I have failed completely to connect them with the correct address, I will never use them again

Have ordered on line and cannot get any information regarding delivery. They were in the past very good but I don't think I will use them again

Simply appalling online service. No responses to emails either directly or using the online form. No answer to the telephone number - it rings constantly with no answer. I'd give it a review of 0 if I could. Having placed an order, after 4 days it says it "has been shipped" and supplies the tracking (Yodel...say no more) and yet 3 days after it was "shipped", Yodel don't show it as received. What a cowboy outfit.

Like all the other reviews, payment taken, no delivery , no reply to emails, no answer to any of the three options on 01707 927827.

I received my order in full and on time; however, 2 of the feeders were faulty. I emailed them & they said they were looking into the matter. Since then i have heard nothing, there is no contact phone number, (wish i known this before ordering). Taking into account the other negetive review, i will not be using this company again.

I have I regret to say only just read the reviews for Little Peckers and I am appalled at the amount of one star ratings due to the same as my experience, products ordered not delivered no reply to emails unable to contact by phone, I can't believe this company are trading or if they exist at all. DO NOT ORDER from them many people like me have not received their goods or had a email regarding delivery or tracking, they do not reply to your emails but they have taken your money out pretty promptly and many have had no refund. I have emailed them again and will contact the Ombudsman about them if I don't get a response. Also I can't access my account and when you request a reset for password you don't get it, just tells me you have no orders, so please BEWARE and don't lose your money.

As with all the other poor reviews my experience has been the same. Unacceptably long time just to pack your order let alone deliver it. Emails do get answered, three days later. You have to call the group that owns them which is Pet Spectrum Group on 01707 927827 but no one answers any of the options. Totally disgraceful excuse for a business! I will never shop there again.

Ordered 5 bags of floor granules on 5th of December. No email of confirmation . Send them 5 emails no answer. Anyone got a phone number to contact them? 2 weeks and no answer to any of email .need to try and get my Money back

Ordered 2 sacks of Ornamental Poultry Pellets and a 25kg sack of pigeon conditioning seed on 15 August. On 24 & 26 August the same Yodel delivery driver handed over a single box containing a sack of the pellets. To date the conditioning seed hasn't arrived. No explanation, no response to 2 emails asking what's happened to the order and no other way to contact this company. Really fed up with the poor service.

Order eventually arrived after 2 weeks but was badly packed and seeds were spilled everywhere. So, one item damaged, an incorrect item supplied and a missing item. They don't answer the phone (only found that after Googling as it's not on the website) and despite numerous e-mails I've not had a reply. Wouldn't use again, awful company.

Customer service is dire.REALLY DIRE. It is a lie that you can cancel before it is dispatched. I ordered on Sunday 17th pm. I cancelled before 10.30 using their website link on Monday 18th. I heard nothing.On the 27th I emailed again. I have recieved goods I no longer need at 6pm 29th July. I had no response to either email. It is dated 20th July, clearly according to their terms I had the right to cancel. I have not used them for a couple of years due to customer service issues. Stupidly I used them again, had a late but ok order then this. Dont do it !!!!!!!!!!!It is not worth it. It is insanely difficult to contact them and the delivery is as and when they fancy. I COULD NOT CANCEL, despite reading, agreeing to and following their policices. I will try and complain but really not expecting to get anywhere as they clearly dont give a xxxxx

This seller neglects their promise regarding the delivery date - the ordered items arrive at least with one week delay. Customer service is zero and disregard the emails. The refunds are not processed and it takes about one month to get the refund for undelivered or canceled products. It feels like the employees are not being treated well by the management and the employees take their revenge on customers. Avoid this seller if you want peace of mind.

Extremely slow. No response to messages. Item ordered 11th June, arrived today 25th. Ordered 11th Packed 14th, not despatched Despatched 20th for some reason Arrived 25th No tracking number, just that its coming by Yodel. Taken 2 weeks to get duck food Awful customer service
