Really appalling customer service, took weeks to reply after various attempts to get hold of them email facebook etc. Refused to take a return even though was a chrstmas present so couldn't possibly have sent back within the 14 days. All other companies offer an extended returns over Christmas so really disappointed, left with tracksuit bottoms that don't fit and well out of pocket, very annoyed

Ordered 2 T-shirt’s,one turned up smelling of BO and the other was was tagged wrong so they sent wrong size.
I emailed about a return and heard nothing then emailed complaints department and still heard nothing.this was 2.5 weeks ago and still heard nothing.very poor customer service and returns policy

The returns are not free, so ended up spending £10 extra on a pair of jeans I didn't even want, to get them sent back to me twice.

Email advertising free next day delivery, ordered and no option for free next day available at check out so paid paid the charge, it took over a week to arrive then it was the wrong item. Long winded process having to download and print your own returns note. Also means I’ve paid two way postage for nothing. There are better and more efficient sites available.

Ordered 2 pairs of Jeans which I don't like. Went to return them and instructions on the website state the returns form must be used but no returns form was included with my delivery. Have emailed several times requesting a returns form or some assistance but have been completely ignored. Will not use again and do not recommend as their customer service is non existent!!

Have I been robbed?
After trying on my two items, I wanted different sizes. I sent the items back and 30 days after the items arrived back with lost rockstar (signed delivery) I have not received a refund, exchange of sizes or any replies to my emails asking about the returns.

regarding the response to conor price review why do you feel the need to blame the courier or even worse the customer. looking through your reviews this has happened quite alot your company fail to answer the door for returns but you happily take the money and use every excuse possible not a great way to run a bussiness i will not be shopping on your website again as your customer service is shocking
