I don't believe my eyes. You are advertising sustainable fabrics and don't know where linen comes from. It comes from Flax not the Ax plant.

I have tried to place my first order. When my bank asks for a confirmation of the total, €309, the bank says the cost is €000. I called Madelaine and go through relatively easy but the woman told me bank confirmation of €000 was to avoid fraud. Is this a hoax? I've never seen this anywhere else.

I received my order FH52839112gb and am extremely disappointed but must ask how `i can be sure this is natural fibre as the label completely written in foreign language - it should be written in English for the UK market. My cardigan seems to be manmade fibre.
