“ Item wasn’t delivered to be safely, went missing, this company kept saying just because the GPS showed the delivery in the area that makes it fine, they do not follow consumer law, and pass you off and say get a 3rd party to deal with it?? No replacement or refund AVOID SCAM ”

Too my shock a package come back 3 weeks later and low and behold it was the gilet with a hand written letter of (fake management) saying they can’t return it saying it smells of aftershave and was marked. There was no mark at all and smelt brand new, So I rejected it and sent it back, They are still rejecting it and are keeping hold of it until I send them £3.50 for delivery (so they are stealing it technically) but I’m still £170 down… DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS ”
