“Excellent quality goods.unfortunately the box was damaged and the courier was gone by the time I reached the door. I am disabled and need a frame to get around. However this will not stop me ordering.”

“Lovely quality products but I stupidly imagined they would be ready to press out of surrounding card rather than needing to be cut out by hand. I am not complaining as it was my fault entirely. This will not stop me from ordering again. 😊”

“Scan and cut mat was packed in plastic pouch which allowed the mat to bend in the post so it is awkward to load in machine. Needed a rigid backing sheet and do not bend markings on outside. However arrived when promised.”
