“Ordered SDX2200D machine on 13th April, it was out of stock, and was dispatched the same day as they received more stock, arrived to me on 21st April by courier. I was notified by email at each stage from order to delivery. I do think it could have had an outer box, to disguise and protect the box inside. Excellent service. Thank you!”

“Order was a preorder so item was delayed arriving so I can not comment on speed of delivery after original order, however speed on replying to customer services was very fast. Item did arrive within an acceptable time after advertised supply date.”

“This feedback is not directly aimed at makers , just the courier you use. It would actually help if I received the item from them. Instead of them not helping me and not carrying out my third delivery attempt! HOWEVER so far I've had some help from one of the staff trying to sort out my parcel being sent out to me again! So hopefully I'll get it soon!”
