Item was delivered to the wrong address (totally different street) m and m then blocked my account so I couldn’t use it. As the courier clearly lost my parcel as it couldn’t be found... nice to know they value loyal customers. I would not recommend m and m direct to anybody.”
“I have ordered from these guys multiple times they usually put it right so I have continued, not this time, I advise people NEVER shop here.
I purchased 6 items, received 2 incorrect items and 2 were missing from parcel, they promptly sent a replacement for the missing ones and sent me a free label to return, so far so good on the fixing - ONE MONTH LATER I still have no refund, the refund of 30 pounds is apparently "not being issued" because they replaced the two incorrect items despite being asked to refund, and despite the face I have not received these "replacements"! The only thing that was replaced was the socks because they were missing originally. So now I am 30 pounds out of pocket, if I have the time I will be filing for small claims court! Companies should not be allowed to get away with taking customers money and not refunding it when necessary!
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service received here, not only the lack of help to resolve the issue but the sheer lies that come out of their mouths telling me they've replaced items even though I have it in black and white they were due to refund me.
It is absolutely outstanding in this day and age a company like this is allowed to get away with it.
I'm going to do all I can to try and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else by making sure everybody knows that this company takes your money and doesn't refund it.
It is also very obvious that it's not just me who has had this problem, it looks like everyone on here has had the same issues so it can't just be me!!”
“This company does not automatically refund returns when received. You have to prove delivery, eventhough it was their returns label (In my opinion they are Scammers), so £50 out of pocket. Never use them again”
“I made a next day delivery order on MandM Direct two days ago and I have had no correspondence from them with the whereabouts of my parcel. I tried contacting them on social media and I am yet to receive a reply. Just avoid this company, the service just isn't worth the time or stress. If I could give less than 1 star I would.”
“M&M aren't as good as they use too be, no paper work with orders now so have too print off , if you need too send anything back and same as return labels. I have been using m& m direct for years and spent 1000s over the years. But not happy at all buying from them now. I can't print off labels or return paper work.”

I was told they had done this to reduce their carbon footprint. I called customer services advising them I don't have a printer. I was NEVER at any point during the phone call that some Hermes shops can supply a printer. However I was told they had done this to reduce their carbon footprint (despite the fact the paper needs printed anyway...and now because they've sent the return label I had paid for by post, they've used at least twice the amount of paper, plus all parcels are in plastic...as opposed to the likes of Amazon who use paper and cardboard which are renewable and recyclable) However they have sent me the paperwork I needed (using extra paper and resources...plus I would have had to print the paper anyway, so it wasn't saving anything). I advised them (by email later) that if they wanted to reduce their carbon footprint, they might think about moving to reusable, degradable or renewable resources to pack their products. On the call I had an awful experience with a call handler, hence the email about the carbon footprint. I've had my fill of MandM, thus as soon as I have my refund, I'll be asking for my details to be removed. (Which will save me 5 emails per day!!) I had posted a review elsewhere and was advised that they had sent me the PREPAID returns label as a goodwill gesture...I had already paid for it!!;
Based on the shear number on one star reviews that are here, please think long and hard before buying from here!!”

“I brought some dc trainers model number adys700173 a few months ago they falling apart they come un stuck around the trainers the bottom are falling of the last trainers I had didn't last either is this company selling fakes now I wounder”
“Bought a jacket which is advertised as Brave soul. I am size 10 for the last 20 yrs, I can now say that this jacket is not a genuine product, secondly is not true to size and is awful quality, zip broken and pockets stay opened apart. I sent the product back through my local post office, costed an arm and a leg and that is on top of the delivery charge, and was returned back to me. I will not pay the 3rd time.
Customer service is awful and now they are saying to use Hermes for return, I am not based in UK and and can not use Hermes , which means more charges to then say they are gone missing.
Will never buy again .”
“My experience was so bad. I ordered a gift for next day delivery and than it never got delivered after having taken a day off to stay in for it as I am flying out tomorrow 13:30pm. I called in at 13:00pm today chasing was told oh sorry by an advisor it won’t be delivered today. I said I need to speak to their manager I than had a Sarah on duty manager at Leominster than she said “oh no I apologise on behalf of the advisor it may still be delivered today because here is nothing suggesting it won’t be please wait until 8pm” 16:45 I get a text from DPD your parcel will be delivered tomorrow....I made it clear it was a gift for an event I’m travelling too. The inconvenience not to mention my day off work I took to wait in for it. To than call back to find out why I was not updated and once again speaking to another supervisor called Paula who could only give me three words “ it’s not guaranteed” why am I paying for express delivery if it’s jot guaranteed and your website says if you order before a certain time you will have it next day which I did. She than transferred me to Joe another manager that deal with deliveries whom immediately as I was transferred to him was already defensive and wanted to offer me £2 compensation 😂💦 joke right talk about customer service. I said to him you can keep that £2 my issue is the lies, why no one kept me informed and the inconvenience caused he than got really rude and obnoxious with me. No apologies one word for these people and this company customer services does not exist they did not give a toss about what I felt all they kept saying is we have sent another out because the first one seems lost missing the point that the one they have replaced it with will not make it on time as no one will be in the property. They refused to refund me immediately because they needed DPD to tell them delivery had not been received forgetting that they know I haven’t received it as a customer once again delaying my refund and my process as a customer. To all customers thinking of using them ******AVOID AVOID AVOID****** not worth your blood pressure rising....”
“Great little website, they might not have a massive selection but their prices are descent and the next day delivery is awesome. Especially if you pay the £10 and get free next day delivery no min order for a whole year. No one does that.”

Such a bad company !! Customer service is none! As a premier delivery customer I ordered a bag for next day delivery (due bank holiday weekend) and when I tried to track it, it said the parcel had been sent to wrong sorting centre! Turns out the staff there put it in a wrong cage ! No apology , they don’t care less. I was told we have sent you items before with no problem, it’s a mistake and they happen. Refused to try and track the parcel so who knows when I may get it . Shoddy company will never use again. Also the designer clothes there are offering has got worse and it’s no cheaper than other stores now. Shame such a bad company”
“I purchased a pair of Berghaus Expeditor 2.0 for a long awaited trip up mount Snowdon. The grip on the beasts was the equivalent of a top end continental tyre on a dry day at silverstone.
