“ Wrong items delivered again!! And was late again too so late delivery took over two weeks and then to find out I’ve got the wrong items again is appalling service! When I’ve emailed customer services I’m completely ignored yet again! This company is an absolute joke and treat their customers and by the looks of it their employees too like dirt! ”

“ Ordered a bag and was just dumped on the path outside my property in the rain for over 7 hours and the company has been no help and now have the hassle of trying to get it returned to them using the same rubbish courier as that is the only option so pays for the courier to treat parcels with no respect as then they get payed twice for returning it as well All the company can suggest is to offer me free delivery on my next order when obviously there will not be another order after the hassle they have caused me so wouldn't buy from them again or recommend them to anyone ”
