“Ordered a item on ebay and if i had known it was coming from m&p i would not have bothered they had Dpd deliver it and left no card turns out it was left in a safe place right next to my front door in full view of anyone walking pass my house we do not have a fence or gate just a driveway. So it was taken they could have taken it to any neighbour as our note said "leave parcels with a neighbour or in a safe place in front of our door is not in my opinion a safe place. WHY NOT A NEIGHBOUR ???have now lost £94 thanks M&P you are a disgrace.”

“never buy a jt drive belt they last 1000 miles if your lucky.beware there also being sold on ebay by trumpet tyres. oe quality my uranus.buy cheap buy twice”

“If I could give them a nil star rating it would be fair. They sold items that they didn't have in stock, then sent an incomplete order, which was useless as I wanted a full set. I returned the stuff that they sent me and they offered a refund for the goods returned, not the total amount that I paid as per original order. I am still waiting for the refund after 20 plus days of waiting. Deal with this company at your own peril and be preapred to be ripped off.”

The process was fantastic until I paid in full. Then the problems began. I would not recommend this company to anyone buying a motorbike. I am 60 year old & I believed I knew people. I was supplied a brand new motorcycle but not all the advertised extra's were fitted. I have tried to resolve the situation but M&P are not playing ball. I only want, to enjoy my bike with the advertised extras. Why can't M&P just do the right thing.”

“The website doesn't show stock levels so you order on good faith. Email says you'll be updated with delivery date if no stock. I've waited 2 weeks and had to call to find out the status. A girl said she'd look into it and call back. I had to ring again and was fobbed off again. When saying the service was not great and argument ensued. I'll go back to wemoto who show stock, delivery is free and customer service is top notch”

“Horrible service, made an order one week ago and they don't even dispatched yet. At weekends they don't give any information about the order they just answer if you want to buy by the phone and they don't answer emails, do not trust then.”
