“Went to McDonald's on hwy 29 for 5 mcChickens and only got 2. Plus repeated the order to make sure they got it right. Went thru the drive thru for this order and still had to go inside.”

“When you tell them no onions and they put onions on your sandwich, it quite literally is killing me. I am allergic to onions and can’t have them. They need to pay more attention!!!! McDonald’s is a place I go because they have ok food, but they are lazy and do read. They hire these drug addicts and brainwashed kids to make our food. Those people are illiterate and can’t do anything right!”

“A few times we've been yo Mc Donald's my daughter got really sick. One in wautoma wi, and one in stevens point, wi. She ordered chicken nuggets and within an hour she got puke sick. She's ate nuggets before and never got sick.. it's been a recent thing. I don't know if it's because they're leaving old nuggets in their holders?? My daughter said she found one that had a black spot and tossed it. And the time before one nuggets was solid hard. She tossed that too. Please remind your employees to toss out old food!”

“I cannot believe this! I took my baby angel lilly-anna to the park at mcdonalds, no cleaners anywhere to be seen. my angel lilly-anna ate a damn moldy chicken nugget in the climbing frame and shes been green ever since. i will NOT be returning. her father be hearing about this! Lots of love Dianna xx”

“Mac Donald’s in Willingboro, NJ can’t get my order right. Today, May 17 at approximately 2pm. I purchased Filet Fish Sandwich with fries and of coarse they got my order wrong. I should have learned the other times not to buy from Mc Donald’s. The Spanish manager could of at least apologize that I had to waste my gas to come back to get my food that I didn’t get that I paid for, it’s bad enough that Mc Donald’s has gotten so expensive. I will never go to Mc Donald’s anymore.”

“Tried the McDonalds in Wingate, NC. Will never ever go there again. Ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and large fry. Buns were reasonably fresh. That the only thing good about the food. It was immediately obvious the burgers had been around for a while and zapped, can you say dry, very dry! Fries were cold and must have been bottom of bin, if you prefer more salt than fry these were for yoy”

“I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget a large fry and a large coke. I alway ask for 5 packs of ranch and I know I have to pay for them. I asked the person for 5 packs and I was told I could only get 1 so I told her I would pay for the other 4. She totally ignored me and necer put it on the prder. When I got to the window for my food I explained that I had ordered 4 extra packs of ranch and they were not put on the order. I handed him a dollar for the 4 packs since they have always been .25 each. He said they are .50 and he would give me 2 more. I told him I wanted 4 and proceeded to give him another dollar but he closed the window then came back a d pretty much shoved the 4 packs at me. I cannot believe what the customer service has become. Workers are rude. I understand it is fast food but it is also the job they accepted so do it nicely. Its not hard to be nice”

“I was charged over 7 dollars for hamburger, small fries and a small Coke at McDonald's. I was shocked at how much these 3 items gave gone up. I have a great job and I can afford this cost but it is ridiculous. I am thru with McDonald's and will not buy anything from them again and I hope they end up going out of business.”

“Hello my name is Karen and I must say that I want to talk with the manager because my recent visit to the McDonald's in Ohio was so bad. first, the 17 year old Logan from india was super rude and when he delivered my order to me, I saw him take a bite out of my big Mac meal. I also got nuggets for my sweet little joey who is 78. the nuggets were to spicy and they were disgusting. go suck it Logan from india”
