“Too much money not worth eating overpriced greasy food”

“Why would I pay 4 dollars for a hashbrown? McDonald's charges more than most deli's.. I went to order from McDonald's but the prices are crazy. You're much better off buying real food from other places. Why is fake food so expensive?”

“I am really not impressed with the fact that they are charging for bags for your orders and then if you don't want a bag exactly how is it sanitary to serve your order in a plastic container? Are they washed everytime there is a new order. This is disgusting but hey it definitely saves me money and from going to get food from places like this. This wouldn't even be a thing if there was another bout of Covid. Also the straws are disgusting and who wants to eat with wooden utensils or be charged for things as simple as Ketchup. It's absolutely ridiculous.”

“In Sicily as a tourist from the us. They gave me the wrong order. It is 60.00 to feed 4 people. They do not give you straws. You have to pay for condiments. The allow dogs running around the “restaurant”. Nightmare.”

“As a kid I loved McDonald’s and it was a treat for us to get any of it. As a young adult it was still decent food. Then my kids wanted it all the time and I got tired of it. Then Covid hit and now it just sux really bad. I don’t know if every location does this or not but I really hope not. My local McDonald’s has started putting salt and pepper on all of the hamburgers and it’s aweful. I guess they didn’t take into account that some people are allergic to pepper and a lot of people can’t have salt because of health issues. I asked one of the cashiers when they started putting salt and pepper on all the burgers and she said that they’ve always done it, I said no ma’am you haven’t this is something you just started in the last year. It sux so bad. All I can taste is the salt and pepper. Now if you don’t want that on your food you have to tell them not to put salt and pepper on it. If you forget to do that then you’ve just wasted a lot of money because not only does the food suck the price has really gone up too. What’s the deal with the steak egg and cheese bagel. Since Covid all of a sudden we couldn’t get it anymore. Now it’s back and only got a limited time…(WTF)! There was a garlic cheese burger or chicken sandwich that only came out once and I absolutely loved it. Just like the McRib that only comes out once or twice a year, (WHY)! It’s ridiculous the stuff that’s really good and really sells, you only have for a limited time. You would think that if it sells that good you would keep it around. The problem with McDonald’s is that there are no options. It’s the same old BS every day. And if the salt and pepper shakers are really to blame for too much salt and pepper on the food then get shakers with fewer smaller holes. If McDonald’s were in a restaurant war, they would be the first one out. So very dissapointed with all restaurants but especially with McDonald’s. Come on people you can do better!”

“McDonald’s forgot one thing the little people made McDonald’s not the rich McDonald’s needs us without us. McDonald’s will not survive. True fact, the numbers are fallen greedy, stingy corporate shrink the size of a patty shrink the size of everything I can go in the restaurant and sit down and have a real cheeseburger unlimited refills on my sweet tea fries food made fresh and still spend less than I would, McDonald’s bye-bye McDonald’s. I stopped eating your food a while ago.”

“On four occasions I was very disappointed by quality of the food, decrease in portion size accompanied by significant increase in price. Also, at the parker, colorado mainstreet McDonald's they got my order wrong on two occasions, the one in castle Rock, colorado by the mall got my order wrong twice during the same visit, and while traveling the one I stopped at got my order wrong, and I was surprised that 5 of the staff were just standing at the pick-up window chatting. I have decided no more McDonald's. Corporate needs to do something about the decline of the company and low standards”

“What did you all do to the bagels? They're not the same. They're not good. That was my favorite thing I thought was coming back. The steak Bagel, you don't cook it the same. The bagel is soft. Not good go back to the way you used to do it. This change is not good. I did to not give you a Star.”

“I had a Big Mac and Bacon 1/4 Pounder with Cheese. Once a year, I go and once a year, I am reminded why I stop going to McDonalds... the food tastes like utter garbage. I ordered extra onions and go no onions. I opened the box and the Big Mac was a sloppy mess with meat that tasted like it was 2 hours old. I'm not sure what the bacon was but it wasn't bacon. What a disgusting meal... NEVER AGAIN! McDonalds is garbage food.”

“Soy un cliente frecuente de Mc Donald, en cualquier ciudad que este. Estuve en la ciudad Chatsworth CA con la dirección de: 9185 De Soto Ave. Este es uno de los peores McDonald’s que he estado; nunca había estado en uno que no tenga refills en los refrescos, ordene mi orden en línea y en la aplicación ni siquiera te dan la opción de escoger un refresco grande, sola te da la opción de uno pequeño. No vayan a este McDonald’s!”

“I just went through drive-thru and requested a cone and ice cream cone I'm a grown woman not a child I was just given an ice cream cone for a child. I just paid $2 for a miniature cone very disappointed.”

“I stopped at macdonalds in Tunstal to have my breakfast I was told to wait. 25 minutes went by I chose to drive back to the drive through asking for my food as my diabetes had started with a small hypo. I was told I don’t know I said this is not good enough the person shrugged her shoulder. I waited a further 20 minutes due to not having any food I drove to Lidl to buy a sugary drink and food. This is going to be a very tough time for the manager at the the Tunstal macdonalds no refund and could have been an ambulance situation. Mark my words I’m not done with you by far !!”

“Never again!! Will I step foot in any McDonald's restaurant!! I went through the drive through today and ordered a sausage mcmuffin w/ no egg, a hash brown and a large orange juice. It came to $7.44. I got my food and got right back in line (less then 10 mins between orders) because my husband wanted something. He got the same exact thing as I did except his with the egg. His cost $12.93!!! So you mean to tell me it costs $5.49 MORE to get the egg on it?? After two managers reviewed it I was told mine was some sort of a bundle deal. I say B.S!!!! That is criminal, highway robbery and completely ABSURD!!!! I could have gotten a complete other sandwich for the cost of that one egg. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE….. IM DONE!”

“Several bad experiences. McDonalds has really gone downhill in the US. We use the drive thru, not the mobile app. McDonalds fries are always cold and not fit to eat. Their sandwiches are usually cold and greasy, too. McDonalds never gives customers napkins with their meals anymore, unless you specifically ask! Sometimes they forget to provide straws, too. The crispy chicken sandwich comes plain on a burnt toasted bun, with two dried up pickle slices; No cheese. No ketchup. No mustard. No tomato. No lettuce or onion. Please order a reliable McChicken instead, a much better value for your money and At least it comes with lettuce and mayo, and has some flavor.”

“Seriously got a big mac without meat. Yeah and when i took it back to the counter it was like no big deal??? So she gives it back to the cook they give it back to me. No kidding it only had 1 patty. Talked to the manager John and same no big deal even when i said this is no big deal he said "I didn'tdo it". When I asked if I could get the big mac on the picture they made me a new 1. So stupid trouble for nothing.”
