Advertising a $5 meal bag which we purchased today. We all noticed on our receipts that we were charged 30 cents up charge for our drinks for a total of $5.62, we didn’t request an up size. Our server couldn’t explain the up charge, please explain. Deal not as good as Wendy’s…….yet

Why is the frappe machine at my Mcdonalds broken? It seems as though they’re not planning on repairing or replacing it. Why do you use machines that are often broken? (It has happened multiple times at other McD’s locations also). These are questions that are important to me and my family. Our favorite menu item is the mocha frappe, and when we’re in the mood for one we order a meal with it. Please get better equipment so we can enjoy our favorite treat and food. I would like to know why McDonalds puts hot and cold items together in a sealed bag for deliveries?? How can the hot food stay hot and drinks stay cold? For goodness sake this is not rocket science!
