Refund - Difficult

I can’t put zero starts went to national tyres in Warrington for a wheel alignment, the car was only veering slightly to the left when it came back out the steering wheel was sat crooked as of it was pointing to 1 o’clock if I steered it straight the car nearly mounted the kerb,took it straight back the guy adjusted it said somehow it had gone back out of alignment, I’d only drove it quarter of a mile he readjusted it, this made it slightly better but then refused to do it again, absolute untrained cowboys I’d never use national tyres again ended up getting a refund

Wasted time and trust to this company as needed to book elswere, waiting for refund, cancelling existing MOT related appointments and book new, also cancelling, rebooking personal appointments.

I've been waiting for the refund now for almost 6 weeks, have asked to be able to take my car to an independent garage at no cost to myself as their staff are clearly unable to diagnose and repair issues that were caused at their garage! I've been chasing constantly as they just don't seem to care or want to get this resolved as the regional manager has been meant to call me for the past 3 weeks to come to a resolution but no attempt made on his part.

Being a pensioner and 70 years old I was shocked and stunned by this outburst, the receptionist further stated that he had refunded my money and again told me to get out, he came round from the back of the reception desk, opened the door and told me to get out again.

HE DIDNT WANT TO FIT THEM HE TRYED EVERY ANGLE TO NOT FIT THEM AND TRY TO GIVE REFUND BACK.

No Show I booked a mobile tyre replacement for a Sunday 4-8pm fitting. I made a screen shot of the booking, received a confirmation email and checked my credit card was charged £186. They never came. I called but they had no record of the booking. Their brilliant suggestion was to make another booking and pay another £186 and they will look into a refund for the first booking. I will not be using this awful service again.

They refused balancing refund so I could do it locally.

Also offered a full refund, was advised this would take up to 10 days and customer services would be in touch.
