“The delivery was long but I love the knit socks. Unfortunately they aren’t as loose knit as they appeared so they don’t fit me but I passed them on as a gift. I like their selections.”

“Un producto no lo tenían disponible y me devolvieron el dinero sin problemas. La atención en el chat perfecta. No le pongo más estrellas porque no me avisaron de la incidencia y tuve que reclamar yo al llevar más de 1 mes sin recibir noticias y con el pedido en proceso.”

“Recieved the shoes and they were measured incorrectly. Called for satisfaction and the NewChik representative said they would only refund 1/2 the price. I protested and after a while they said they would refund all the purchase price, but not the tax or other costs. It has been one month and I have not received a penny of refund. Never wilI I purchase from NewChik again nor will I recommend their service to another person.”
