“One of the caps was advertised by seller as "leather". It was a plastic faked leather instead. I will not order from new chick in future.”

“Took a long time to arrive but not going anywhere due to lockdown. The Travel Bag looks good with lots of pockets and will take the items I bought it for. It looks to be well made and it will fit under the seat in front onboard an aircraft if you can't get it in the overhead storage. I am looking forward to giving it its first outing in August (hopefully).”

“I ordered six items. Three were great and three I sent back.The communication from them was very good, and a refund processed quickly. I prefer to shop in-store so I can see my purchases, but all in all very good.”

“Hice el pedido en enero 2021. Zapatillas negras y rojas. Llegaron solamente las negras pero la talla no correspondía a la medida en cm del pie que elegí. Me comuniqué por chat y dije que cuando enviaran las rojas cambiaran la talla por 8. Hoy llegaron finalmente y enviaron blancas talla 10.”
