“I brought 2 dresses online. When they arrived they did not fit properly. I returned them to the slough branch. They were very helpful and gave me a gift card, as could not give me the money. The service was great but I am just a bit upset that I lost the delivery charges on both deliveries”

“They were quick and easy to buy from, always have some form of sale or discount applied - which makes makes parting with money a lot easier. Unfortunately, I didn't really like many of the clothes and so had to return them. My review is based on this return which went really well. I have had no issues, just returned (free), received a confirmation email as soon as they had the returns and the refund was issued within 10days. I thought this was a really reliable service and definitely put me at ease.”

“I the fact that they gave me text and email updates on what was happening with my package and the fact that the package/s mostly got here on time. In addition to this, the clothes that arrived were of high quality and securely packaged. Good prices.”
