“I ordered a new pair of blue high waisted jeans from New Look recently. I received excellent customer service both in store and online when ordering different pairs of jeans to try on and quickly found a great pair. They are very skinny fitting but comfortable and the material is of a very good quality. I always order from New Look due to its ongoing high quality customer service.”

“New Look in wickford Essex have the best layout. I don’t know how they do it but compared to every other New Look store I visit it’s my favourite. They display everything so well, everything is easy to see and to find! Their sections are spaced out well. The staff are always really helpful and polite. I can’t fault any of it.”
