1 of which was sent via Yodel who then after one failed delivery attempt, due to it being a bank holiday, returned the item to sender - no redelivery attempt was made.

As per other reviews on here I too have had an awful first experience using Office - bought a pair of Timberland boots which were in full stock on line, seemingly a quick dispatch after placing my order but then no delivery arrived on date given by Yodel tracking.

Ordered a pair of Ugg boots and when I received delivery 21/01/23 I opened the box up to find amongst tatty paper no Ugg boots! They were a similar style boot but not uggs the label inside said dream pairs?!? I went into Leeds white rose store the following day and took the boots in to show them I had been sent incorrect ones and the assistant said we don’t even stock these boots! So quite clearly someone has pulled a fast one and due to incompetence of whoever packed my order ready for shipping they haven’t been checked to make sure everything was as it should be before sending out.

Absolutely disappointing services. I ordered a pair of shoes for a Christmas present on the 20th December as they had advertised next day delivery. Only to be told on the night of the 22nd (at 8:12pm) that the order was cancelled "We are very sorry but due to limited stock availability the below item(s) could not be dispatched to you". Given this was a present, I will now be empty handed and this is EXTREMELY disappointing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They will offer you no support at all my son had shoes delivered by yodel even though the yodel delivery notice said a photo must be taken of the delivery inside the front door a picture obviously shows the delivery guy outside a closed front door as we weren’t in! When we arrived home there was no shoes we tried to contact yodel who are just as bad and yodel and office both replied with as far we are concerned we have delivered! They then suggested my son to contact his bank and ask them for a refund!! Wtf they are sham of a company do buy from!!

I bought a pair of trainers from Office and paid next day delivery for them, they never arrived next day so I was refunded the £5.99 delivery charge, and the trainers never arrived and I have had to pay for them and been refused a refund until Office can account for them, basically they have ripped me off, DO NOT BUT FROM HERE, read the reviews on Trust pilot and you'll see they area disgusting company!!

I had to do all the chasing, Office customer service, or not in this case, didn’t want to know, no apology, did I want them to resend, no! I don’t think so!
