“ Now OFFICE are refusing to refund me for one of the pairs as "they only received one" and they are not liable as I only used one returns label even though THEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CREATE AND PRINT TWO. ”

“ Customer service is awful. Click and collect order, I never collected as the shoes wasn't needed anymore but got marked as collected and won't give me a refund. No proof that I 'collected', looks like an employee had a nice new pair of shoes. ”

“ Had a really bad experience with this company, I sent back a return straight away after receiving my items as they didn’t fit. 2 weeks later i realised I hadn’t received my refund so contacted office who said there is nothing they can do as I contacted them after 10 days of sending the return back even though I have proof of the courier deliverying the items with a photo. So they just keep your money. Very sad ”
