“ I had an awful experience with Office Shoe's customer service. ”

“ I bought a pair of shoes online advertised as ladies. When I got them they were too small and too tight. Looking inside they’re labelled girls. Despite sending 4 emails they are not interested in customer service and I have to pay to return these children’s I will NEVER buy from this company again. Shocking lack of interest in customers. ”

Tried live chat it wasn’t working, nobody answers the phone so I had to drive 50 mins after they sent me the complete wrong package and it only had one shoe in it. The staff I have spoken to have been most unhelpful and this company is a scam ”

“ Horrible service, please make yourself a favour and don't buy from Office. Ordered online and the parcel never arrived. On top of that, they would not issue a refund. Never experienced something similar, just extremely bad service. ”
