Terrible customer service.
Only half the order was sent. Was on chat waiting for hours with no reply. Sent email, messages etc and no answer.
I have submitted a complaint through PayPal and am hoping they will resolve the problem.

Worst customer service I have ever come accross. Would avoid this company like the plague
I contacted them via email. Tried live chat it wasn’t working, nobody answers the phone so I had to drive 50 mins after they sent me the complete wrong package and it only had one shoe in it.
The staff I have spoken to have been most unhelpful and this company is a scam

Terrible company, sent wrong shoes and asking me to now walk to a shop far away to send them back after taking 4 weeks to conclude the shoes were wrong after they asked me to send photos!!!!

Horrible service, please make yourself a favour and don't buy from Office. Ordered online and the parcel never arrived. On top of that, they would not issue a refund. Never experienced something similar, just extremely bad service.

When I chased OFFICE again they told me the parcel had been lost, funny how they seem to use that one liner a lot yet do nothing about the courier service they use to rectify the issues for customers.
