“I recently ordered 4 x 100mm Celotex GA4100 PIR Insulation Boards (2400x1200) from Online Insulation. They were very reasonably priced and I was more than happy to pay the £30 delivery charge. They were delivered today, after a little bit of chasing as they hadn't arrived on the previous date stated, in perfect condition, well packaged and no signs of damage. I am really happy with the purchase and quality of products. I queried my order on it's original date (as it didn't turn up) via the web chat and someone said they would look into it straight away. Whilst I didn't receive a response or an updated, the order did come the following day, following a call from the delivery person to say they would be with me within an hour. Would highly recommend Online Insulation to anybody.”

Thank you for your review Haydar, we did contact you before your delivery was made to check that the brand swap was okay with yourself. The brands are both the same specification and priced products but as we were not told that this was an issue for you, we assumed that you were happy with the brand swap. We haven't heard anything from you since the deliver either so if you would like to let us know if these need to be swapped, that would be great.
