“Had no idea when my order would be delivered, no response to emails or didn’t pick up the phone. Changed the manufacturer of the insulation but didn’t give me the price difference. One of the board was a different thickness. Their only saving grace was the guy who delivered it was brilliant.”

“The insulation and DPM turned up as planned in May, however the pink grip and silicone never turned up. They have ignored 4 emails since asking for them to rectify it.”

“Having checked prices found online insulation to be most inexpensive. Having order I needed to amend it which I managed to do without any problems having used webchat/email to confirm revised order. Order arrived on time and in good condition. Absolutely no hassle even though delivery was on a very big lorry.”

“Bulk purchase of 15 x 2400x1200x100mm PIR boards, best price I could find. Unfortunately only 1 board was delivered. However, spoke to Rob at OnlineInsulation and within 6hours the remaining 14 boards were delivered, enabling me to keep my Schedule of Works on track. Excellent service and thank you for saving me a big rescheduling headache!”

Hi Mohammed, Thanks for your review, I can see a flow of 10 emails between yourself and us discussing your delivery on 31.07.20 so I'm not really sure how you would not know that it was arriving on 31.07.20? We ask that you are at home for the delivery and as you knew it was coming on the 31.07.20, I'm struggling to find the reason for a 1 star review.
