“I ordered 8 of: 70 x 1200 x 2400mm PIR insulation, free delivery was fast and boards were pvc wrapped in packs of 4 hence delivered without damage by careful delivery driver.”

Hi Pervez, thanks for your review. We give out customers 24 hours to check the materials delivered and report any issues with them. It's a shame you didn't let us know about the small indentations on the insulation board as we could have looked into swapping this for you. Hopefully us changing your delivery address from Peterborough to Loughborough helped you though.

Hi Philip, thanks for your review. I can see that we delivered to you on 20.09.21 and haven't heard anything from you about any damaged boards. We give out customers 24 hours to check the materials delivered and report any issues with them. It's a shame you didn't let us know about the damages as we could have looked into swapping these for you.

“Very disappointed due to you cancelling my order due to your delivery lorry being to big..... yet 44t grain lorry's drive past my front door daily to pick up and haulage company just up the road. I did email with the option of an alternative address with no response.”

Hi Robert, I'm afraid our hauliers have the last decision on whether they think it is safe to deliver to you. We cannot force them to deliver to addresses that they are not happy to deliver to. We didn't receive any other emails from you so I am sorry you didn't get a further response from you.

“Great fast delivery at a brilliant price. Only downside is I wanted to add extra insulation boards to my order which was split into 3 delivery’s. Instead of adding the 6 extra boards I had to cancel the insulation that hadn’t been delivered and re order with the extra boards. Worked in my favour as I got the delivery quicker and upgraded free of charge to better products.”
