“The order arrived as expected, albeit a day late (with no notice). Great prices and very helpful delivery driver, but customer service from the shop was poor, as my concerns/inquiries were either replied to late, or not at all.”

“Brilliant service and product. After placing the order online I received the insulated plasterboard within two days. A very nice and helpful driver brought the product up our narrow lane on his forklift and delivered it inside my garage. No hassle. I have now installed the insulated plasterboard in my conservatory and it is of excellent quality. Therefore I am very satisfied with Online Insulation.”

“I’ve not received good yet, but they said 2-3 day delivery, contacted them and they said definitely 3-5 days. Once ordered, on the morning of 2/8/20 they emailed to say it wd arrive on 13th!! 11 days later!!”

Hi Sheilagh, thank you for your review. We are currently working on 5 working days for delivery at the moment. We did email you with the delivery date and we were asked by yourself to delay the delivery to the 17th.

Hi, it looks like there were 5 boards marked as damaged on your paperwork this afternoon. I believe It has been agreed with the person that signed for these will be swapped on Monday 10.08.20
