“Great website, easy to use, very informative.Good selection of materials at a great price. Really quick delivery on a load of plasterboard. Made my day when the delivery truck had a mini fork truck, rather than a fixed hi-ab, as have had trouble with deliveries before from other building supplies companies. Dropped off pallet of board exactly where I wanted them. Will definitely use these again, excellent.”

“Delivered on my preferred date in good order. Delivery driver very helpful. Only improvement I would suggest is that order has to be submitted before commitment to delivery date is given. This on occassions would prevent me going ahead with large orders.”

Thank you for your feedback Stuart, We ask for 2 - 3 working days for delivery as a minimum as sometimes, later on in the day, the second working day can be booked up for deliveries at the local distribution point and we don't like to over promise and under deliver. We try to book the preferred delivery dates in with customers as soon as possible after the order is placed.

“Helpful over the phone, gave me a good price. Ordered online, confirmation email on delivery date. Day before delivery notified that I would be supplied with a different brand from what I purchased - just to check that was OK. Delivery turned up as expected. Excellent service!”

Hi Jorden, thank your 2 star review! You placed your order for delivery on 03.02.20 then you changed your delivery date to 07.02.20 that we did without any problem. You received the goods on the 07.02.20 and whilst the goods were marked as all delivered and complete, you didn't notify us of any shortage until 10.02.20 at 12.55pm Whilst as you say, you "wouldn't have a leg to stand on" if this had been some of our competitors, we replied to your email at 1.00pm promising to look in to this for you. By 4.00pm we had arranged for the 6 "missing" lengths of metal out to you on a next day delivery. We can only wonder what we would need to do you you to get 5 stars!
