“Best price I could find on the market with extra fast delivery (2 days instead of the advertised 3-5). The only downside (for which I'm taking 1 star) was the delivery: insulation is light but bulky and was delivered by just one man (driver) who inevitably damaged the first few boards while unloading. Luckly, it was minimal damage and I was available to help unload the rest of the products. Will I buy again from them? Definitely!”

“I did a lot of searching looking for the lowest price and online insulation was cheapest. Also they answered the phone when I called to ask about delivery times. Delivery driver was great too, dropping insulation right at the door so it was easy for me to get the sheets inside before they got too wet.”

“Insulation arrived covered in mud due to poor packing. But the mark of a good company is one that sorts things out when something is wrong. Was offered replacement insulation, which I couldn't accept due to time restraints. Offered some money back on the delivery charge, which I accepted. I would use this firm again.”

“Clear website, easy purchase. Ordered on a weekend, got confirmation of order and a cancellation notice on the Monday. So can’t comment on product delivery or quality. I wasn’t going to do a review, but they kept sending me reminders.”

“Complete order arrvied on time as promised. Some of the bits were damaged from where the forklift prongs had picked up the pallet but you couldn't see that on delivery as it was wrapped in plastic but I could use most of the delivery so is what it is.”
