Hi Noel, thanks for your review. The Recicel Eurowall pack that you ordered is advertised as 3-5 working days for delivery. The delivery was made in 4 working days from placing your order. We are sorry that we couldn’t deliver sooner but this is why we advertise delivery times on the products. We did also contact you on the day of your order to confirm the earliest possible delivery date.

“Excellent! Delivered on the requested date, driver very helpful, came with a forklift and dropped them exactly where I wanted them. Very competitive pricing that couldn't be matched by any of the local merchants. Insulation boards arrived in perfect condition without a single scratch or corner missing. “Not impressed with ordering part of site, the small squares where you add the amount of each product you require is NOT STABLE, I ordered 6 of an item, it sent the order to your transporter for that amount, then charged me for 4 of the item which I paid and thought it was to cheap, then I got a message about two hours later to tell me I had to pay an additional amount for the two that were not on the PRINT out form my end, although the Transporter Company had the correct amount I had actually ordered, GOOD DON't you think. And it came a day earlier than expected, luckily some one was there.”

Hi Roger, Thanks for spending the time to review us. You did order 4 boards originally and then emailed us to ask us to add on 2 as you have made a mistake? I have added your email below. As far as I can see the delivery was made on 09.07.24 as requested by yourself too. Dear INFO, I appear to have made an ERROR in the above order, I need 6 x Celotex XR4150 PIR INSULATION BOARD and have only ordered 4. Can I please add 2 more to the above order number if possible, or if I have to order again can they be added to the existing order for the same delivery date.

“The one thing that sets this company apart from others is the clear and concise information on delivery. Manages expectations up front and is very clear about alternative products if the selected item is not in stock. The deliveries are handled in-house and there appears to be a direct line of communication between the office and delivery personnel. In my case it was to warn of a tricky route involving a toll bridge and weight limit. It doesn't hurt that the two I met were very personable.”
