“Insulation was as expected and price was competitive. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when the insulation was delivered, there were no labels to confirm that what I had received was what I ordered as the product packaging was very generic. The driver and office were helpful and were able to confirm that it was correct, they also said they would feedback to the manufacturer about their product labeling.”

“Asked to reveiw Online Insulation but this is difficult when we haven't received the good yet!!. Ordered on the 4th Feb on a promised 7 day delivery @ a cost of £60. Delivery booked for 14th Feb. Got a phone call from "Markovitz" ?? (an insulation shop in Bedford) Saying they got the stock in late and will deliver on Monday 17th. I will let you know if the Expanded Polystyrene is any good when I receive it. Cannot comment on the rest of the reveiw.”

“the delivery was on time,the communication & help were excellent the only thing that let it down was every board had quite deep gouges on the face side as im having it skimmed it wasnt the biggest problem in the world but the boards were not the best quality.”
