“Competitive price and very quick delivery. I haven't laid the insulation yet, though most of the rolls are now in the loft. I don't foresee any big issues though.”

“Didn’t tell me items were out of stock until I received a refund for that item, if I knew that was the case I would have ordered elsewhere because now I have to find some more insulation elsewhere.”

“So the purchase was fine no problems turned up when they said however the delivery driver hit my gate with forklift and destroyed it. Buggered off but didn’t have the decency to tell me in the mean time I am left with a £600 bill for a new set of gates”

Hi Peter, we haven't heard anything from either you or the hauliers regarding this matter. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any information you would like us to look at. It sounds strange that the driver could hit your gate and ruin it without anyone noticing at the time of delivery.

“My first experience of this firm: I would use them again without hesitation. Local shortages/delivery delays led me to use them. Easy to order, competitive prices, faster delivery time than local builders' merchants. In the event, there was a problem on the day with the courier service they use: I was informed promptly by "Rob at OI Ltd" with delivery rescheduled to the following morning. As a bonus this was with a lorry kitted with a fork-lift truck which positioned stock exactly where it was needed (saving me hours!).”

“Best price I could find for PIR insulation. It was a free delivery as over 350GBP. I requested the 23rd of September and it arrived in perfect condition on the day. I was contacted ahead to inform me about the delivery time slot and I could track the vehicle on the day. This was perfect in every way. I had my insulation within 3 days of my order.”
