“The product they supplied was good quality and there was no issues with it. I rated them 2 stars because the delivery firm they use delayed my order twice at short notice after I'd made arrangements to be at a particular site on certain days. When the driver did appear I had to escort them through town to the location as they couldn't find it. The driver was friendly and courteous, however I would not use the firm again due to their unreliability, especially as there was a £40 delivery fee attached to the goods.”

Thanks for your review Thomas. We are sorry to hear that the hauliers delayed your delivery. We have not been made aware of this ourselves so please accept our appologies for this. If we had been made aware by either them or yourself, we could have looked in to this for you and resolved this issue. Unfortunatley, it can be tricky for drivers as they are driving very large vehicles and if they only have an address of "rear of" an address they can spend quite some time looking as they are not necessarily as familiar with your address as you would be. We have whilst replying to your review searched your delivery address and nothing comes up so we would imagine it could have been hard for the driver to find you. The delivery charge is £40 for deliveries below £350 + vat and as your order was for £200, this is why the delivery charge was automatically added to your order at the checkout before you proceeded to the payment page. Please let us know if you have any further concerns.

“Initially I was impressed with the cost and delivery. However one of the boards had other pieces of insulation glued to it and been used like a pallet. In removing them the board was damaged ( delivery driver wouldn’t do it for fear of causing damage). Unfortunately the client saw this and wasn’t impressed. On contacting yourselves I was met with extremely poor customer service. Denying all responsibility and completely fobbed off. Will not be using again.”

Hi James, We have not had any contact form you regarding this. Your delivery was made on 10.02.22 and have had no corrispondence from you since then. Did you maybe call the hauliers office number? If the board has been delivered damaged, please let us know and we will happily swap this for you. We will also contact you to discuss this further.

Thanks for your review Krzysztof. Your order was processed on 10.02.22 (Thursday) and we delivered on 15.02.22 (Tuesday) Three working days after your order had been placed. We do ask our customers to requested delivery dates that suit the materials that they are ordering and in this case, all of the materials are 3 - 5 working days for delivery so we couldn't deliver sooner than 3 days. We did email you on 10.02.22 to confirm this with you and also to again make you aware that our deliveries are kerbside only. We haven't heard from you directly about any issues but please feel free to get in touch if you have any further concerns.

“Great service and competive price. Friendly driver offloaded goods and put them where i wanted them. And the office answer the phone when you ring in with a query. Would have been 5 stars if the website order payment hadn't failed twice. I reccommend this company, and will be using again for the rest of my insultation board requirements.”
