“Fantastic service. My roofer turned up early, but OL managed to rearrange delivery for the next day. There's a very tight approach to our property, but the driver couldn't have been more helpfull. Many thanks.”

“good drop off, covered, deliveryed with fork lift. damage on the board that was facing the pallet, on the plasterboard side. Prob not going to be an issue for a site but for a diyer whos only getting 4 boards, ( expensive insulated ones ) would prefer that the plsterboard surface was not damaged.”

“The speed or service and quality or product are bothe commendable. However I do have an issue with the safety of how it arrived, was meant to be on an 18 wheeler and came overloaded on a flatbed. Firstly for the driver, how is this safe?? This could have easily caused a crash, the driver was limited to 40 even on the motorway, that is not safe. Luckily we had ladders on site so we could climb on top of this mountain!! I really can’t comprehend how this was allowed!!”

“Good price and delivery and knowledge from supplier. Only slight annoyance was the straps holding the lm together have cut into the sides of almost all other. Which will mean more work for me. For that 3.5 out of 5”

We do ask that you check your delivery on arrival and let us know within 24 hours of your delivery if there are any issues as we are always happy to resolve these. Hi Noel, thanks for your review. The Recicel Eurowall pack that you ordered is advertised as 3-5 working days for delivery. The delivery was made in 4 working days from placing your order. We are sorry that we couldn’t deliver sooner but this is why we advertise delivery times on the products. We did also contact you on the day of your order to confirm the earliest possible delivery date.
