“Placed order and chose delivery date. Items arrived on the requested date and I was kept informed about the delivery time. Slight issue with one item and this was resolved in less than 1/2 hour. I would recommend Online insulation and use tagain.”

“Tile cracked on arrival, potentially more cracked but not gone through the tiles yet. Very disappointing as they are very expensive for concrete tiles.”

Hi Jack, As discussed on the phone just now. Your delivery of a pack of roof tiles was made yesterday and we have not heard from you since then about any damages. We do ask that the goods that are delivered are signed and checked when you receive them. As mentioned on the phone, if you can let us know if there are any others damaged, this evening, we will look in to getting these swapped over for you. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
