The charges are based on order value with orders under £200 plus vat having a £60 charge.

“Sat in all day, took a day off work waiting for delivery and didn’t arrive. Waste of a day and lost a days wages. Told it would 100% be coming the next day definitely by 10am and didn’t show up until 12pm. Shocking service.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We apologize that your delivery took longer than planned and that you had to take a day off work. We deeply regret that you had to lose a day’s wages as a result. We understand the inconvenience this must have caused. The reason that the delivery did not arrive is that the lorries that we deliver on are too large to access your delivery address and we had to arrange a smaller vehicle at our cost, the next day to make a re-delivery to you. We would like to use this as an opportunity to learn from the mistakes we have made and figure out how we can make things better. Is there anything else you would like to share that we should take into consideration?
