“Great service! Easy ordering at a v good price. Email confirmation. Text on morning of requested delivery day to give a 2 hour time slot. Phone call from driver to say his arrival in next 30mins or so. Delivery absolutely inside given slot. Great service from driver. What more can you ask for. Brilliant, will definitely use again as needed!”

“Knocked 1 star off for late delivery on Two occasions (this is the sort of supply and demand problem we are in at the moment). But the company responded to my emails and phoned me with information about the delays. I will use them again.”

Hi Grzegorz, Thanks for your review. I can see that we processed your on 29th of September and delivered as agreed on the 7th of October. We haven't heard anything from you regarding damages so we have had no opportunity to put this right for you. We are very clear that you should check your deliver before signing for the goods as your are signing for them as "checked and in good condition", then we give you 24 hours from the time of the delivery to notify us if you later find any damages. If you don't let us know, we really wouldn't have any way on knowing there is an issue. Unfortunately, plasterboards are something that is very easily damaged and when the order is small (9 boards) they can sometimes be more subject to damage in transit than larger orders. We are sorry for any issues that the damaged boards may have caused you.
