“Every time the lid opens, it falls off it hinges. I have uploaded photos as it is very poorly designed & never stood a chance of functioning properly at all. I have bought and returned both bins. Both with the same design flaw. The scented bags were great.”

“Happy with service, (not sure about the product yet as it has just been installed) but so far so good. Although the delivery can improve, as we are a big complex with many buildings a call to direct will be great to prevent confusion and safe on time.”

“Ordered 4 of these to operate standard 300ml can air freshener. All 4 failed to do what they claimed. Contacted "Ian" who after a few rather inane questions clearly stated that because I wasn't using "their 300ml air freshener cans" that is why they are not working. I advised Ian they had worked before with and without "their brand" air freshener - well it fell on deaf ears. Ian level of Customer Service is -0 - Buyer beware imo”
