“received the dryer promptly. the only thing that i can complain about is the email that i received after parting with my money...the email goes... REDELIVERY & REDIRECT CHARGES OF ADDITIONAL $48 DO APPLY IF BUSINESS CLOSED. PLEASE CONFIRM BY REPLY EMAIL THAT YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. Thank you for your purchase. “Went to this website to look for 2 products, paper towels and dispensers. The model of the dispenser I chose was listed as in stock and some of the paper towels weren't available, so chose 1 that looked like it had a better quality and was also in stock. Once you go to the cart, that paper towel is not in stock but you can back order it. Since i needed the towels more than anything else, I chose another one but a bit thinner and that one was coming up as available, so decided to order both products just so I could test quality. The following week i receive a call from one of OzWashroom representatives saying the dispenser actually wasn't in stock, but both paper towels were. They could send me the boxes with towels straight away, but not only the dispensers would take a month to be delivered, but I would also have to pay for the delivery. Since this company's ability to keep track of stock online and ways of managing errors with clients is so poor (I ended up having to pay for someone else's mistake), they leave me no choice but to not do business with them again.”
