While I was happy with the goods supplied, I was disappointed with the Courier which your company used. After a phone call to your company, I was requested to send an email, which I did, but unfortunately I did not receive a response. Based on the freight charges and poor or lack of communication, I will shop locally in the future.

It all went smoothly. My only complaint, and it's not a problem, but the curtain rod did have a slight bow in it. I think the packaging could have been a bit more rigorous.

Iterms were shown in stock on web site but were in fact out of stock so delivery was poor, also communication was poor
