“I was very happy with the service i received from Ozwashroom. I thought i would be waiting ages for my order to arrive but it arrived in less than a week. I did think the postage charges were a bit excessive ($25) but i needed the dispenser in a hurry and the client was happy to pay the extra charges. will definitely use Ozwashroom again in the future. (maybe the postage charges for small items will be a bit less)”

“Took over 6 weeks to receive our order. No indication of the timeframe when placing the order, it was expected that it was in stock and ready to ship. Obviously not when it takes 6 weeks. Would have ordered elsewhere as it was critical to receive the goods quickly.”

“I was waiting on delayed orders from two different companies. I then ordered same from OZwashroom. My OZwashroom order came in good time..still nothing from other companies. I ordered again from OZwashroom and it came in good time..still waiting on same product from other companies.”

“The hand sanitizer gel we received is cloudy and does not smell sanitizer. We Are using it though we worries as it may be expired and no longer protect us from virus. We ordered 5 ltrs and would like to request if you can replace it with quality. Is”

“I received the quantity of toilet paper ordered, however it was not the product that I ordered and paid for. No communication was received about the product delivered was as substitution or for other reason. An email was sent from ozwashroom prior to delivery stating that order there was no recourse for returns or exchange of goods received, which j thought was rathr strange! Anyway the toilet paper is ok...just won't order again from ozwashroom.”

“I can’t give you a review as I still have not received them it’s been a week now since I’ve paid for them and as yet they haven’t turned up so I suppose my review would be a to speed up the delivery time to the customer or at least let the customer know that it’s going to take a ridiculous amount of time so the customer can make a choice of paying more for a quick delivery. Thank you so much”

Hi Stephen; This is very unfair, given the circumstances that our nation going through, and couriers companies struggling to deliver goods due to the overload, yet you asking for speedy deliveries ! we dispatched your order immediately after you paid for it, and that is the best we can do given the present situation. “OzWashroom, thank you for a very decent budget-quality paper for an affordable price, delivered quickly, considering the recent COVID-19-related logistics trouble relating to postal delivery. Items were shipped seemingly very quickly and packaged in a safe manner, both on the bulk and individual level, so that the paper was kept dry at all times. Your toilet paper helped get me through a local shortage in my area, and was still a reliable supplier even when other online stores started to run out of toilet paper. This is a good investment of money for bulk toilet paper delivery and should definitely be considered as an essential and reliable supplier.”
