buying replacement hand dryer as 2 of the 3 hand dryers have failed within 18 months of install. you get what you pay for.

Quality of the product was great, problem was delivery! Ordered 01/02/21 arrived 12/02/21. The product eventually was sent by post in a over sized A4 post bag. Could have been sent by overnight mail.

My item has not been delivered. Ordered on the 20/1, now 3/1 and tracking only says ‘in transit’ Update: Package eventually arrived, but not before having to spend $36 on replacement products because the courier company was uncontactable and could get no indication of delivery time. Submitted this receipt to be reimbursed by ozwashroom. It was not. Some items in my order were signs — that are spelled incorrectly! 🤦🏻‍♀️ dont know if replacements have been shipped, no tracking number provided. Although its a bit too late now to be honest. Dont order the ‘Empolyees Only’ sign!

Hi Robert, Yes I can see the parcel got to Perth in 2 hours. Then in transit from 22/01/21. Sorry very frustrating for us all. I have submitted a parcel enquiry. And now we wait.... Let me know if the parcel arrives before a return message from Fastway aka aramex aka Australia Post. Regards Ian

Unfortunately I can not give a better review as I ordered this on the 24th of Sept and it is the 9th Oct and I still have not received the item. I had notification on Fri 2nd Oct that it was in transit and then again this morning to say it was on it's way.

Difficult to tell from website that I had to order a minimum $177 to get free delivery. Then I ordered 4 packages but received 2 deliveries 2 days apart? Confusing and meant following up until resolved?

We received the Vortex in good time but disappointed with the condition , the plate that holds the sensor light would not clip in properly and my husband is an old tradie abjusted the lugs and glued it in , regards Carol

Took over 6 weeks to receive our order. No indication of the timeframe when placing the order, it was expected that it was in stock and ready to ship. Obviously not when it takes 6 weeks. Would have ordered elsewhere as it was critical to receive the goods quickly.

I can’t give you a review as I still have not received them it’s been a week now since I’ve paid for them and as yet they haven’t turned up so I suppose my review would be a to speed up the delivery time to the customer or at least let the customer know that it’s going to take a ridiculous amount of time so the customer can make a choice of paying more for a quick delivery. Thank you so much

Hi Stephen; This is very unfair, given the circumstances that our nation going through, and couriers companies struggling to deliver goods due to the overload, yet you asking for speedy deliveries ! we dispatched your order immediately after you paid for it, and that is the best we can do given the present situation. We still haven't received our items. I have called you checked the Australia Post tracking and I know that it is hard at the moment but feel let down by this especially because we need it for our business to protect our staff and customers. We still don't have our items for over a month.

We ship your order on 27March , Australia Post having lots of issues with deliveries and it is out of our control, we did the right thing with you and we don't deserve such a negative feedback, we are all under the pump and we are trying to do our best given that most of our staff are working from home, we ask you to revert your review please.
