“I am very pleased with my purchase of the air freshner but I was concerned amount of postage that was charged it cost me less for my purchase do think you need to look at these charges as I purchase a lot on line and have never paid that much for postage”

“The website was simple and clear to use and choose the products I needed. Setting up an account was also easy and quick. As far as the product is concerned, it was exactly as expected and the processing and delivery was prompt (better than most company's I have had to deal with before). Particularly liked being kept informed on where the order was in the process and being able to track it. Good job”

“When contacted by phone to discuss delivery, the discussion was very professional & courteous. No problem. The product was delivered on time. The product was not up to standard required for the price. One of the sloping arm grab rails was damaged. (welded on arm was bent after welding distorting the rail. Also "made in China" label tells it was not an Australian product. Will not be used as intended. Being cut & used for parts in my shed for another job.”
