“We still haven't received our items. I have called you checked the Australia Post tracking and I know that it is hard at the moment but feel let down by this especially because we need it for our business to protect our staff and customers. We still don't have our items for over a month.”

We ship your order on 27March , Australia Post having lots of issues with deliveries and it is out of our control, we did the right thing with you and we don't deserve such a negative feedback, we are all under the pump and we are trying to do our best given that most of our staff are working from home, we ask you to revert your review please.
