“Only one problem - we were not informed that the Change Table was out of stock and had not been sent to us. It was only because I rang up to make sure we were going to receive on time that I found out. This delayed our project for one week.”

“we ordered 1 dispenser on 15/1/2020 paid 23.00 delivery charge we were told 21/1/2020 item was on way to us at the Uni 23/01/2020 we sit at university and my dispenser is in Newtown Post office why ?”

“Ordered on 6th of Jan 2020. Its now 21st of Jan 2020 and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking details says it was due for arrival by 8th of Jan. Nothing has been updated as to when it'll come, tracking just says 'your item is on its way, estimated delivery date 8th January'. Not happy as this has impacted our business and have caused us to receive complaints etc.”

“Your product listing would be better served if your delivery costs were better suited to the items ordered. A sign that's smaller than A4 would only cost about $4 by Australia post. How many items would customers rather buy on Ebay with free delivery ?”
