While I was happy with the goods supplied, I was disappointed with the Courier which your company used. After a phone call to your company, I was requested to send an email, which I did, but unfortunately I did not receive a response. Based on the freight charges and poor or lack of communication, I will shop locally in the future.

The product I purchased , is not a lingering fragrance, once pkt is opened, that's it... Haven't attempted to open other ones...

Delivery was a disaster. Ozwashroom would not email Aramex to leave items without signature. I had to drive 80 km to Wollongong to collect item and then 80 km home , then Aramex only gave me one parcel instead of two! This all took over two weeks! I get items from USA and UK in under one week to my door at Colo Vale. Would not buy again.

Every time the lid opens, it falls off it hinges. I have uploaded photos as it is very poorly designed & never stood a chance of functioning properly at all. I have bought and returned both bins. Both with the same design flaw. The scented bags were great.

Ordered 4 of these to operate standard 300ml can air freshener. All 4 failed to do what they claimed. Contacted "Ian" who after a few rather inane questions clearly stated that because I wasn't using "their 300ml air freshener cans" that is why they are not working. I advised Ian they had worked before with and without "their brand" air freshener - well it fell on deaf ears. Ian level of Customer Service is -0 - Buyer beware imo

I have purchased from OZ washrooms for many years, but the hand dryer I recently purchased does not work, I contacted OZ washrooms, and they have requested videos etc which I have supplied. I have sent messages, but still no reply. you would think for a $240.00 hand dryer that they would not give me the runaround

The item was never delivered the item, the courier could not be contacted by phone. An email Wes sent when I realised the item was not delivered. And never received contact from them or your company

Took forever to be delivered...they use Aramax...who are hopeless....tracking was not possible. If i'd known they used Aramax, i would have shopped elsewhere.

Hi Zoe, I can understand your frustration, we sent your item 3 days after you ordered it. We use many different couriers. Aramex is one of the best but they and all the others have been experiencing minor to major delays over this period from Melbourne to Brisbane, I'm sorry about that. Arrived dented, warped and of poor quality for the price. less than 1mm thick and terrible workmanship. Further, I have reached out to OzWashroom to discuss options for replacement etc and have not heard back. Very disappointed in the product for the cost. Edit - i've been sent a link to review and change my review ás its been dealt with' - ps IT HAS NOT BEEN DEALTH with!!!!! - just a request to change my review..?? So this is my review of my review.

Be careful not to make a genuine mistake with the noisey hand dryers as they will not refund not even a portion of 1464.00. The manager Richard Dawood is a low life creep, that ignores your very important emails with no response. Richard,you are a non professional, ignorent rude creep Fana is also a nasty very rude, cheeky person with a sick attitude, suggesting to me to send the 5 dryers back to me, after I just spent another 100.00 to senod them back to them, when they know dam well that I have no use for them. There is no compromise for people that make a genuine purchase mistake, only a sick ignorent attitude. Customer care and service is the worst you will ever come across. NASTY, RUDE, THIEVING, IGNORENT OPERATION.

Hi Peter, Sorry you are so upset, Hand dryers do make noise but you chose the quietest one. Our return terms are clear on the receipt and website. Ozwashroom may accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 14 days from invoice date. It is important that all original packaging be included to qualify for a refund. On return, all 5 hand dryers have been scratched and some installed. You can curse and use obscene language against the staff but it won't help you situation in any way. Regards Ian

I received a hand dryer that stopped working 2 weeks after install. I have messaged Oz Washroom many times to get a return postage slip so that I can send the unit back and get it replaced but I’m not getting a reply from Fanar.

Worst company ever; paid for product on 25 November; required urgently. Now 8 December; they are unable to advise where tey are and refuse to refund although I am having to but fom another company

I would never recommend this business. For 2 times I ordered sanitary bins with them and I just had headaches. With the first order they were delayed and when the order arrived at Sydney CBD it was missing the lids of the bins, then they took another 3 weeks to solve the problem. As it was the first time I was doing business with them I understood because of the excuse of short staff, then I placed another order a couple months later to be delivered in a different place now in Melbourne CBD, guess what? The same problem again. They have the worse customer service I ever saw in 13 years of business, I went to their warehouse to pick up my order and I have no shame to say this as I have urinary incontinence and the lady even didn’t let me use her toilet when I asked. Not friendly at all. Such shame!!!
