Hi team, I sent an email through to you with images advising the towel we purchase was not to specification, it measured shorter than the old towel and dispenser it was for. I did not hear back from anyone in relation to it

Product arrived promptly, however I had accidentally sent the order through twice and paid for two orders.Communication via telephone and email with Oxwashroom was not answered and a refund was only issued via PayPal.

I needed to exchange this item, you charged me a restocking fee of 20% we thought this was unreasobale when I exchanged for a new item.

Iterms were shown in stock on web site but were in fact out of stock so delivery was poor, also communication was poor

Great price but too thin as water just crumbles paper towel rendering it unusable.

Haven't installed products yet so cannot speak to its quality but it looks okay. Half the installation bolts were missing from the box. Customer service when querying this was very poor and no further communication was received after I made a request that the listing be changed to highlight the lack of installation equipment provided. Not quite sure why they asked me to do a review after not replying to my request.

Thank you taking the time to review ozwashroom and for bringing this issue to our attention. But as we explained to you a few times the fastening bolts are subject to the type of wall that you are fixing it to, and there are many different types of walls in this world, your person installing the unit has to make a learned decision and use the correct type, hopefully. Could you please tell us more about your experience with customer service and what could have been done better? Regards Ian

No transport information, I had to contact your office 7 business days after ETA to find out where my parcel was.

I wasn’t happy with the colour of the paper. Looked like they had been in the box for a year. Slightly brown. The size was slightly smaller than expected given they were to match the particular dispenser. Thus wasnt happy with the delivery charge. Will try and purchase locally from now on

Hi Margaret, We get new paper towel stock every month - PT4302. We are sourcing a more renewable product with a bamboo content that isn't as white as before. If you are worried about whiteness try 4442 https://www.ozwashroom.com.au/paper-towels/slim-paper-towel-4442 I'm sorry delivery charges have increased Australia wide. Regards Ian

Have just been advised that I cannot get a refund on my less than one day old Vortex hand Dryer that does not work. I now have to go through the vagaries of Australia Post returning the unit, it being tested, then perhaps repaired, or replaced, then the new or repaired unit being sent back to me.

We ordered the product last year & had to wait for the invoice to be paid for delivery. then had to wait because Ozwashroom could not deliver in 7 days. We had to chase you in 2022 to receive the order that had been paid mid december 2021.

Product is awesome, delivery not so much. Couriers please lost our 2nd parcel. It eventually turned up 3 weeks later

The person who was meant to drop off the bin didn’t come to the mailbox and drove off so the bin got redirected and I had to call so they would send it back out and not back to the warehouse.

When contacted by phone to discuss delivery, the discussion was very professional & courteous. No problem. The product was delivered on time. The product was not up to standard required for the price. One of the sloping arm grab rails was damaged. (welded on arm was bent after welding distorting the rail. Also "made in China" label tells it was not an Australian product. Will not be used as intended. Being cut & used for parts in my shed for another job.

Good holder except inner spring is not strong enough to hold the toilet roll in place, I had to use a different one. Also cost to post from VIC to NSW was dearer than the item itself.
